FAQ
How do the plans differ?
Pro is for the solo creator — everything you need to run your own production, plus a studio you can invite people into, with 3 seats included: a seat is what lets you invite an assistant. Organization is for a small company or studio: as many studios as you need, each billed on its own at ¥980 a month with the owner's seat, and ¥480 a month for each further member or assistant in it.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately; downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is never deleted on a downgrade.
How does the organization account work?
An organization account runs any number of studios, each its own subscription and its own invoice. Invite members, put them in the studios they work in, group them into teams and assign roles; the owner sees every studio's cost in one place. One person belongs to one account.
How does assistant billing work?
Create a work order with scope and rate per assistant. When a task period ends, generate an invoice from the assigned tasks. The system calculates subtotals and Japanese consumption tax (消費税) automatically.
